The REAK Real Estate GmbH invests through independent property companies both for their own account and partly together with partners, in primarily commercially used real estate with value creation potential.
The purchased stocks are repositioned, technically and commercially upgraded as required and then placed back on the market or kept in the long term.
We're interested in Residential and commercial buildings, commercial properties and shopping malls. Properties with maintenance deficits, renovation needs and vacancies also include our area of interest.
We are also looking for classic revitalization properties and urban development sites. The offered properties should be in full ownership, ETW portfolios or partial ownership as well as leasehold properties are generally excluded.
We are also happy to buy vacant properties in need of renovation, which we will do after a comprehensive renovation awaken to new life.
Properties that are not only in medium to good locations also fit our purchasing profile.
We also value good transport links.
We are looking for properties in locations with positive demographic and economic development.
Preferred locations are, for example, growing university cities and places that are integrated into larger metropolitan regions. The minimum number of inhabitants should not fall below 50,000.
